* Update Armani Nicole Davenport has turned herself in and is being held on bond

The Advocate reports that “she is wanted on a count of negligent injuring” according to officer Frank Robertson, a N.O. Police Department spokesman.”

The victim was at a friend’s apartment in the 1200 block of S. Salcedo in Zion City, getting silicone injections in her hips and buttocks just after 1 a.m. Oct. 24, said police.
Hours later, her health took a turn for the worse. She was rushed to the University Medical Center in critical condition, and remains in a coma according to WLTV.

A “Pumper Party” isn’t really a party at all. You can get a walmart bought injection of silicon on a couch, on a car’s hood, or in dirtiest corner of a back alley but the substance that is going into you is the same toxic mixture. Its all in the luck of the draw if your next injection is fatal or not. Transgender females desperate to have a womanly shape have long been risking death just to present. We see this story every so often. It is a crime that needs to stop. If Ms. Davenport is innocent then she has nothing to fear. But if she injected this substance and the victim dies she might have the rest of her life to contemplate her crime.

If you have any information on Davenport’s wherabouts, call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111 or the New Orleans Police Department at 504-658-6060.
