SCOTUS issued a stay of injunctions against Trump’s Military trans ban, allowing the Trump administration to begin enforcing its ban while the case proceeds.

The Pentagon responded telling CNN that they respect and value all transgender troops and will only discriminate against those with gender dysphoria or have been treated for it.

Nearly all transgender people are diagnosable as having gender dysphoria, a medically treatable condition that defines us.

Lambda Legal responded tweeting For 30+ months, #transgender troops have been serving our country openly with valor and distinction. Now the rug has been ripped out from under them, once again.

Count on it: We are redoubling our efforts to fight this. #TransMilitaryBan

Nancy Pelosi @SpeakerPelosi tweeted”
@realDonaldTrump’s ban on trans-Americans serving in our nation’s military was purpose-built to humiliate brave men & women seeking to serve their country. Deeply concerning that #SCOTUS is allowing his ban to proceed for now. #ProtectTransTroops

tRump Bonespurs is a coward as is his dad and grand father who was thrown out of his country for being a draft dodger. Those of us who served and are serving honorably are sickened, disgusted, and angered by this blantant transphobic racist and his GOP ilk.
