An individual being referred to as a man in women clothing by the local ABC affilate was discovered burned beyond recognition at the 1100 block of South Harvard Boulevard Tuesday morning.

The lot has a vacant house reportedly used by homeless people.

What remained of her clothing was female prompting the woman who found her to wonder if she was transgender, and if it was a hate crime.
