Trans woman Julianna Fialkowski facing additional charges of felony rape
Julianna Tourmaline Fialkowski held for child pornography has been indicted by grand jury with additional charges including felony rape.
The Planet reported in June in an empathetic article regarding the tribulations faced by Julianna Fialkowski as she reportedly gave refuge to possibly suicidal trans youth suffering from an allegedly abusive family.
Such may not have been the case. Thanks to reader tips and brilliant investigative reporting by Claire-Renee Kohner, Planet Transgender was the first and as of press time the only to report on what many LGBT news sources would prefer to ignore.
On September 11th we reported that on September 1, 2015, Lynchburg, Virginia County records showed that Julianna Fialkowski had been arrested for alleged possession, reproduction, distribution, solicitation and facilitation of child pornography and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. At that time, Julianna Fialkowski was being held at the Blue Ridge jail on a 8 million dollar bond.
As reported by News Advance.com, Julianna Fialkowski has been indicted by Grand Jury of additional charges of one count each of felony rape; abduction with the intent to defile; enticing another into a dwelling with intent to commit a felony; strangulation; and misdemeanor assault, according to the indictment.
Julianna Tourmaline Fialkowski is now being held without bail.
